Filters

In the "Insights" section of the "Reports and Overview" view you can apply different filters to easily locate the reports you have requested.

  • Request date: select the start and end date of the request date of a report, in this filter only the reports that correspond to the date range you selected will remain in the table.

  • Delivery date: select the initial date and the deadline date of the report delivery date, in this filter only the reports that correspond to the date range you selected will remain in the table.

  • Group: to use this filter you must first create a group (see the article to create groups). This filter will display the list of companies that belong to that group and the report is already available for viewing. If the report is not yet available it will not appear in the list.

  • Industry: allows you to enter the name of the industry you wish to filter.

  • Type of report: the platform allows you to request different types of reports, according to the availability of information of the country and the company requested. There are Commercial BIR, Analytical BIR, Quick Check Report, CIAL Key Report, CIAL Key Report Plus, Supplier Qualifier Report & Credit Analysis Report.

  • Report Status: to know which reports have already been delivered to your platform, which ones are pending, which ones have been assigned the DUNS and which ones have an error message.

  • Language: allows you to select the reports according to the language in which they were requested, there is the option for English, Portuguese and Spanish.

  • Country: you will be able to select the reports according to the country that requested the reports. The countries covered by CIAL D&B will appear.

  • Risk Level: you will be able to select the companies according to their risk level, based on the results of the reports.

  • Sorted by (User): if several users generated reports, this filter allows you to visualize only the reports according to the user you select.

  • Ticket ID: to enter the unique number of a report request ticket.

Click on the "Apply filters" button, with this the report display will show only the reports that apply to the selected criteria.

To reset filters click on "Clear filters" or on the "close" icon that appears on the name of the specific filter you want to remove.
