CIAL Accounts | How can I access the platform?

To request a new user, check with your account manager the package contracted and the steps to follow. 

If you have previously requested access and do not remember your password, you can do the following:

1. Login to the C360 website https://360.cialdnb.com/home  

2. You will be redirected to the login: https://accounts.cialdnb.com/login?origin=https://360.cialdnb.com/auth/check

3. Click on: Forgot your Password?

4. You will receive an email to reset your password. 

If your account already exists and you need to add more users: go to your profile, select "Account", then select "Administration" -> "Users" and in the "+Add" button you can add more users.
